These are the rules that are meant to be followed on the chat box, and in the OOC (Out of Character), places on the site.
- There is to be no advertising anywhere on this site other than the advertisement board. If you have this great site, and want to show your best friend, send the link in PM (Private Message). Please do not spam the chat box with pointless advertisements. That's annoying, arrogant, and selfish, and makes you look like an infant. No advertisements in your name as well. There should be no links whatsoever in your name, because there is nothing to hold there.
- Spamming is an offense and should be taken seriously. If anyone spams, either guest or member, they will be banned. Spam- Stupid, pointless, annoying messages. And in turn that makes the spammer, stupid, pointless, and annoying. So is it really worth it? I think not.
- Threats. It is quite embarrassing to have to include this, but humans are so embarrassing and shameful, that it is needed to keep the pointless lives in check. If anyone on this site is threatened, either guest or member, PM an admin immediately and let them deal with it. Threats are to be taken seriously.
- Fighting should be at a minimum. Fighting in the chat box and site won't be tolerated. If you have a problem with another member, take it to PM. No one wants to listen to you bickering and it just annoys and offends everyone else. If the fighting continues, contact an admin.
- Cussing should be refrained. No calling people names, insulting anyone or anything. This is a site to have fun, not to make people feel bad about themselves. If someone insults you, tell a staff member and let them deal with it.
- Role-playing in the chat box? Sure. As long as it's not role-playing your site cats in the c-box. You can role-play yourself and another member having a little play fight or something, but nothing like "Blackclaw raked his claws down Snowheart's face." And that kind of stuff. If someone protects, take it to PM.
- If you're banned from the chat box it's because you have broken one of these rules. Please do not make a big deal out of it. If you don't know why you're banned, PM an admin and talk it over with them. Don't take it out on the forum.
