I. GENERAL

/NAME */ sagestar (sagenose)
/EXPLANATION */ sage because his tabby coat reminded his mother of the colour of the herb, as well as he appeared quite wise, and star because he is a leader. his warrior suffix was nose because around his nose the fur colour was very sage-like.

II. PHYSIQUE

/EYE COLOR */ light green, with speckles of yellow green.
/FUR COLOR */ light brown, with darker tabby stripes and the dark M on his forehead, as well as white forepaws, underbelly and chest.
/APPERANCE */ sagestar is a sage-brown tabby tom with dark brown stripes and a M shape on his forehead. lighter fur tufts around his ears, and there is a ring of the same colour fur on his long tail. white fur splotches along his nose, lining the dark fur around it, and he has a ragged white mark on his chest as well as large white forepaws. sagestar's eyes are a very light green, with greeny-yellow marks in them only visible when his eyes are wide. his eyes are a slanted almond shape, and he is built quite bulkily despite being a windclan cat.

III. PERSONA

/PERSONALITY */ quiet and wise, sagestar is a well respected leader in the forest, despite being rather young at only thirty moons. he is quite a pacifist, only fighting if needed, always wanting to talk things out with the clans instead of unsheathing claws. however, some say he is too kind and helpful to the other clans, and should be aware that they might take advantage of him. despite his generosity, he will flatly refuse if clans ask him for hunting rights in his territory. fiercely loyal to windclan, he always wants the best for them; but this slightly backfires, as he is so set on making the right decision he doesn't work well under stress. quick to panic and flee like most windclan cats, this doesn't make him a coward. even though he is very unviolent, if you dare call him a coward, he'll make sure you won't forget to stay away from him in a hurry.

/HISTORY */ */ sagekit was the only tom in a litter of two. his sister was named daintykit, for she was small and rather frail. his mother, petalsplash, was forever fretting about sickly daintykit, ignoring him most of the time; the most conversing they had was when she cleaned him. his father, rockclaw, could see that sagekit was pining for attention. it worked out that petalsplash mainly looked after daintykit, and rockclaw mainly looked after sagekit. the little kit was happy, however; his father was caring and well respected.
daintykit was always terribly ill, and she died at just four moons old. sagekit mourned, but it didn't stay with him; he was an exciteable kit, and he hadn't known his sister very well. two moons later, he was made an apprentice, and his mentor was none other than the ambitous deputy, goldenslash. he tried to teach sagekit that all other clans didn't deserve to live and they should all be punished as much as possible. sagepaw was not to be fooled by the twisted warrior's tellings, though, and remained wise and kind.
a moon after sagepaw became a warrior, and was given the name sagenose, goldenslash died*. the now rather elderly rockclaw was made deputy in his place, but six moons after retired due to a wound inflicted by the riverclan deputy that never healed. sagenose became deputy in his father's place.
the leader then, rabbitstar, had only two lives remaining, and lost one when sagenose was twenty moons old. when sagenose became twenty two moons old, rabbitstar lost his final life, leaving sagestar as leader.

V. OTHER

/SUGGESTIONS */ the only thing i can think of is that you should try and advertise as soon as you can, so i'm not the only one in windclan.
/OTHER */ *sagenose's mentor, goldenslash, died of his own fault, by deliberately hunting on riverclan territory and attacking a riverclan hunting patrol on his own, if anybody was wondering.
